• Two prenatal visits (1-2 hour visits each) where we discuss birthing preferences and plans, stages of labour, pain management options, comfort techniques and common medical procedures. ​

• Unlimited access to your doula throughout pregnancy via text, email or phone call. Access to many resources including our lending library and exclusive Facebook group.​

• Private in-home childbirth education and newborn class with certified childbirth educator

• On call 24/7 from 38 weeks onwards

• Continuous one-on-one support for you and your partner/support person in active labour & delivery and immediate postpartum​

• Access to all the tools in our doula bags (birthing pool, peanut ball, heating pad, lights, speaker, TENS machine and more)​

• Birth photos

• One postpartum visit within 2 - 7 days postpartum

• One additional postpartum visit at approximately four weeks postpartum
